Court Strtucture, criminal and civil procedure: New anti-social behaviour powers now in force

Emma: I thought at first you meant the government are idiots 🙂 they do seem to legislate rather a lot. After a shaky start the anti-social behaviour legislation has begun to bite, I am hopeful that these additional powers will be effectively used.
