Barristers on strike?
Monday 23 May 2005 at 1:37 am | In News | Post CommentBarristers appear to be withholding their labour in Preston and Nottingham, where today the planned scheme to cut the length and cost of criminal trials have been halted.
The dispute is over fees for Pleas and Directions Hearings and what barristers consider to be inadequate funding.
